For the Freezer Alerts project, I developed client apps & a back-end service that showed the curent status of a commercial freezer and sent alerts when the temperature went above a set threshold. Data from a temperature sensor in the freezer was collected with an ESP-8266 and the measurements were transmitted using AWS-IoT. Client iOS and web apps were developed with Ionic, Angular, Capacitor, AWS Amplify & AWS-IoT. The apps allowed adjustment of the SMS & Push notifications as well as the alert threshold.
